FIBERGLASS DUST COLLECTOR EXPANSION

A company that manufacturers fiberglass fuel tank systems had a Camfil 8 filter cartridge collector. This company’s business was growing and they were looking to expand their dust collection system to other parts of the factory. The dust collector at their plant was in great shape and performing as expected but they simply needed more capacity.

PULSE JET BAGHOUSE ON METAL DUST

A specialty metals manufacturer contacted Precision Industrial Services about their structural issues with their Dust Collector. Within a few days after contact, a team member was able to be at the job site assessing the weathered damage to the current baghouse.

CASE STUDY – CLEMSON UNIVERSITY

This case study looks at using fiber bed technology to filter out mist particulate created by a machining process using high pressure coolant. Fiber beds are a very efficient way to collect mist particulate. They function a lot like Gortex by allowing air to pass through but stopping any moisture.

When Everris company reached out to Precision Industrial Services, Inc. about their dust problem in their manufacturing facility, they had an existing dust collection system in place. This dust collection system consisted of a cyclone material separator that was about 1/3 of the size of what they actually needed.

This case study looks at a pulse jet cartridge dust collector installed at a manufacturing facility to capture welding fumes. The welding fumes are filtered through a Camfil Farr pulse jet cartridge dust collector and ventilated to the atmosphere clean and safe.

This case study looks at a pulse jet cartridge dust collector installed at a university wood working shop to capture wood dust. The wood dust is filtered through the dust collector and returned to the wood working shop clean and safe.

This case study looks at a mechanical shaker baghouse dust collector installed at a university wood working shop to capture wood dust. The wood dust is filtered through the baghouse and returned to the wood working shop clean and safe.

This case study looks at a reverse air baghouse installed at a manufacturing plant to capture wood dust and finishing fumes from the process. The wood dust is filtered through the baghouse and the finishing fumes run through the ventilation ductwork out to the atmosphere.

This case study looks at a removing chemical powder dust with a cartridge dust collector. A low maintenance and highly efficient system that uses easily accessible filters.
